Sean is a Professional Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in project management, engineering, and operations within the energy industry. As Manager of Projects at EPFC Corp., he leads the project management team and brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to delivering complex projects from proposal through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
He has particular depth in estimating and cost control, earned value management and reporting, and contract and change management. He has led major capital projects and supported large-scale energy and decarbonization initiatives, with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and safe, practical project outcomes.
